Please check your email. – you should receive a welcome email from me containing a workbook. The email will come from Hypopressives Brisbane and go to the email you registered with. If you cannot find it in your inbox please check your junk folder. If it is not there please let me know and we will find an alternative way to get it to you.

The workbook is a great way to establish and record your starting point. Changes can occur gradually and you may not realise how far you have come without a record of where you started. For that reason your workbook includes questionnaires covering three areas, your pelvic floor, your breathing and your sleep.

Photos of yourself standing from the front, side, back and bent forward allowing your arms to dangle will often show changes.

Waist measurements often change with hypopressives… it can be interesting to see how by how much!

Throughout the series you will receive 2 emails a week if doing the online series, one a week if doing the in person classes.

The in person classes will include the equipment you need, but you will need the basics for your at home practice also.

On Wednesdays, everyone will receive a recording of the online class to enable you to practice. Remember, we find best results when the classes are repeated 2-3 times per week.

If you are attending the in person classes please be on time, as everyone has to get back home and ready for work.
The online classes will start on time, but you don’t have to attend live if the timing doesn’t suit. Just schedule yourself time to get 2-3 classes in your week.

Remember… very few people know these exercises exist. If you enjoy them as much as I do please spread the word. With the internet these days you don’t even have to be in the country, let alone the state or city of Brisbane itself.
